I have been on a journey to find a career that matches what I enjoy most with what I am good at, and I have finally found it with wedding planning! I feel blessed every day that I get to wake up every morning and do what I love! The moments you experience on your wedding day is beautiful and I am beyond honored to get to help make these moments happen. Every wedding is new and exciting in its own way and I continue to meet new people, vendors and most importantly new friends in this industry.
Aside from planning & coordinating weddings, I love anything travel! Any free time I get, I love to travel the world and discover cultures different from my own. I can't wait to check off more places on my bucket list!

Hello! My name is Sophia, and I have worked in wedding coordination in the greater Seattle area since 2022. With a background as a professional opera singer, I have always had a flair for beauty and romance that made weddings a natural fit. I am so inspired by the all of the unique details clients bring to the table, and love helping them organize those ideas into a seamless event. I enjoy the challenges and creative problem solving that come with ensuring your day runs smoothly, and the ultimate reward is seeing the pure joy on my couples’ faces as they party the night away with the people they love. I am honored to celebrate diverse cultural backgrounds, and am an LGBTQ+ ally. Born and raised in Los Angeles, I now reside in West Seattle with my Austrian husband, dog Jovi, and our way-too-many bicycles. When I’m not planning weddings, I love music, cycling, cooking/baking, reading, anime, and all things outdoors.

Hi there! My name is Sam, I am a wedding coordinator out of Snohomish County. My interest in this industry started several years ago after I was asked to help a family member with their wedding. After spending the whole day coordinating this wedding (17 hours, mostly in the pouring rain!) I realized it was the most enjoyable work I had ever done. To have made such a big impact on their special day was such a great feeling I will never forget. I knew right away I had to keep doing this. The joy and appreciation I see from the couples I work with is the best part of my job.
I have spent over a decade working in hospitality and customer service. I also have a full-time job in the health industry. In 2017, I received a certificate in Wedding Planning from the New York Institute of Art & Design.
Outside of wedding season I spend a lot of time with my family, going to baseball and football games, puppy play dates with my dog Yoda, and games nights and date nights with friends and my fiance. In the future I would like to build and run my own wedding venue.
