The Thornewood Castle, a 110-year-old Gothic Tudor style venue, was the perfect setting for this overcast April wedding. Soaring ceilings, stained glass windows, hardwood floors and antique furniture and paintings created an intimate and romantic setting to say, “I do”. This venue has so much character that the bride and groom only had to add their own romantic touches to make the space their own.
Our bride made her grand entrance down the 500-year-old solid oak staircase into the Great Hall. She stunned guests in her slim-fitting A-Line lace wedding gown. Romantic details included eyelash lace with scalloped trim, a sweetheart neckline and off the shoulder lace sleeves. She rounded out her look with a sweeping veil and a bouquet of white blooms and greenery.
With candlelight all around them, our lovely couple shared dinner and their first dance with friends and family before taking their leave in a stunning classic car.
